Licensed by the state of Wisconsin, 831 Adult Living Facility provides comprehensive, 24/7 care for residents including room and board along with other amenities. A clean and safe environment, 831 provides three nutritious meals daily, scheduled medication dispensing, and CBRF staff and an on-call RN.

Both of our homes feature a large fenced-in backyard area and are conveniently located on the bus line route, close to a variety of restaurants, stores, and laundromat. We are proud to offer transportation services to our residents.
